Our Homes

Apple Orchard currently have four homes located in Surrey and Sussex, they are ideally located in rural areas which are close to large towns in order to provide both the seclusion and safety of a countryside location and the amenities of larger towns. Transport routes between the homes and the larger towns are good and there is also access to several local villages nearby to give the young people in our care the best of both worlds.

Initially all young people will be placed at Orchard House and Apple Orchard – Bramley where they will engage in a full programme of Education and Therapy, gain insight and a clearer understanding of their behaviours and be supported to achieve. Fastbridge Farmhouse and Oakdene serve as our ‘Moving Towards Independence’ homes for young people who are preparing for fuller independence, further education and moving on.

Orchard House

Orchard House was our third home and since its start in 2007, it has been fully refitted and a purpose built school added to the site. Orchard House serves as the company Head Office and the Management, Education and Therapy Teams are all based there. All enquiries and referrals go through this office.

Oakdene

Oakdene is our newest edition to the Apple Community, which opened in January, 2015.  The home houses  6 young people whose focus is moving towards Independence and is situated a 10 minute drive from the school. The house is located between Horsham and Guildford, and has good access to both local amenities and the larger facilities that Guildford and Horsham have to offer.

Fastbridge Farmhouse

Fastbridge was our second home, opened in 2001 and located approx. 5 miles from Bramley, near the village of Cranleigh.

Bramley

Apple Orchard, Bramley was our first home opening in June 1991, since the early days this home has been radically refurbished and developed to incorporate up to eight young people. It is situated in a small suburb of Guildford, Surrey. The house sits within an acre of land which has been separated to include a football pitch, all weather basketball court and car parking.
